Macy Tabor

This week’s student of the week is junior Macy Tabor. Macy is the daughter of Mark and Tracy Smith Tabor of Morrison.

Macy is a member of CCHS Deca, FBLA, cheerleading, and Track. Macy is also very involved in music. She was recently given the opportunity to work with singer Kane Brown at the Notes for Notes Studio in Nashville. Macy serves as an ambassador for the non-profit program, which provides the opportunity for youth in the Boys and Girls Clubs to explore, create, and record music for free. Macy was able to speak with Mr. Brown about his experience in the music industry and was able to receive feedback from him on her latest single to be released later this year. Macy also collected over 1200 Thank You notes for our military members as part of the 100,000 Thank You’s campaign sponsored by Nash FM 103.3.

Macy spends a lot of her time outside of school as a singer/songwriter. She perform locally and all over the Nashville area. She enjoys playing the guitar and the piano as well. She also serves as a Lead Junior Spokesmodel for Confidently Ready by Josie Passantino makeup and hairline. After graduation, Macy hopes to make a career in the music industry. She would like to attend Belmont University and major in Music Business. We are very proud to call Macy a CHS Raider!
