Jessica Parnham

This week’s student of the week is senior Jessica Parnham. Jessica is the daughter of Heather and Craig Parnham of Manchester.

Jessica’s AP Calculus teacher, Mrs. Skipper, nominated her. “Jessica is a kind and caring person and really just a joy to be around. Academically, Jessica is an amazing Calculus student, but she also takes it upon herself to help her classmates when they need it.”

Jessica is a member of the marching band and winter guard. In the band she is first chair flute and the fluke and clarinet section leader. She also participates in the Beta Club, Science Club, and Math Club.

Jessica is part of First Baptist Church’s youth group and plays in the orchestra. She was recently in the First Baptist’s production of “Almost There”. She performs in recitals to showcase her love for flute music. She is also a student in the School of Arts at FBC and is involved in tutoring math after school.

After graduation, Jessica plans to attend MTSU and major in Biology with a concentration of microbiology. She hopes to one day become a microbiologist. CCCHS is very proud of Jessica and glad to call her one of our own!
