Hannah Keiss
Hannah Keiss

This week’s student of the week is junior Hannah Keiss. Hannah is the daughter of Kasye Keiss of Hillsboro.

Hannah’s Algebra II teacher, Mr. Walker, nominated Hannah. “She encourages her classmates to do their best and avoid complacency. Hannah strives to be the best student possible each and every day and always knows what to say to put a smile on the face of someone have a bad day.”

Hannah invests a lot of her time hanging out with friends, staying up late for homework assignments, and helping her grandma who has lung cancer. She currently works at Subway in Manchester. She also enjoys kayaking, going to the lake, watching sunsets, riding four wheelers, and riding around listening to music.

After graduation, Hannah plans on attending Motlow for 2 years for Tennessee Promise. After graduating from Motlow, she plans on continuing her education at Bethel University in McKenzie, TN. She plans on majoring in criminal justice with a minor in politics. Following graduation, she wants to move to Florida because “bigger states need more criminal investigators due to the fact there’s more murders, burglaries, suicides, etc”. CCCHS is very proud of Hannah and glad to call her one of our own!
