Isabel Watkins

This Week’s Coffee County Central High School Student of the week is junior Isabel Watkins. Isabel is the daughter of Tracey and Robin Watkins of Manchester, Tennessee. Isabel has always loved watching football and taking care of people, so with that came her development in athletic training. Actually it was her fourth grade teacher that suggested she look into athletic training and since then, she has been infatuated. Isabel did a job shadow with the high school athletic trainer and then in the 5th grade she was fortunate to be able to be on the sidelines and work with the training staff at the University of Alabama’s spring A-Day game. Since Isabel’s 8th grade year, she has been working with Coffee County’s athletic trainer covering all high school sports. Isabel plans to attend Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, TN and pursue a degree in athletic training.

Isabel is a great example of a student who has focused on her future goal from a very early age. When she is not working in athletic training, she enjoys participating with HOSA, FCA, and church. CCCHS is proud to have Isabel represent our student body in such a positive way.
